Orders
Healthtastic endeavors to maintain a consistent price policy and to update this site to reflect any changes in price, however, some prices may vary depending on availability from our suppliers. This does not necessarily mean prices will always increase, however, prices may be subject to change without notice.

Orders can be placed online or in store. Notifications are provided when an order's status has changed. Customers have the option to shop online and have their order delivered or pick up their order in store at their convenience. Healthtastic will notify you when your order has shipped or is ready for pick up.

Orders are usually shipped the same day they are received. If you order before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) your order will usually leave the same day.

Orders shipped within Canada are subject to tax(es) based on the provisions outlined in the Canadian Income Tax Act. Orders shipped to all other destinations are not subject to Canadian tax(es), however, may be subject to a tariff and/or duty.

Shipping
We ship to all destinations, worldwide. Our online system may not automatically accept post-office box (PO Box) addresses. If you would like to have your order shipped to a PO Box, please contact us for special arrangements.

Delivery times may vary depending on location, stock availability, and other factors. Customers have the option to select their preferred method of shipping during checkout. All delivery times indicated by respective courier companies during checkout are estimates. Due to variable postal service to some locations, Healthtastic makes no guarantee with regards to delivery times. As refunds must be processed at our store, all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returns
Due to the stringent health requirements from regulatory bodies, all sales are considered final and we do not accept returns and/or issue refunds.
